We hold training every seasons.
As our group growing, we know that human ability is one of the most important to our group. Under market competition, if our group want to survive, we need human brain power, technology, information, fund resources as support. Human resource always has unpredictable function.
This week, our factory arrange training for employees. According to 2019 employees training plan, every department, class, shift take lessons during working shift time. Training contents includes quality control, production procedures, machine operations, security notifications.
After training, employees will be tested by papers, operations, face-to-face questions. We believe training will bring great benefits to our employees, and this kind of training will be hold every seasons.
