SEMI-FINISHED PRODUCTS MARKING RULES                                                                             

After test, qualified raw materials will stock in our warehouses. All qualified raw materials should be marked from the very first step (normalizing), until all procedures finish.

Semi-finished products’ mark includes 10 numbers, general rules as follows:

Example: Mark “5160301001″, means on date of 2016.03.01, 5th production line, first package anchor bolt pole. 

FINISHED PRODUCTS MARKING RULES                                                                                          

Mark steel seal on the top of each finished bars, detailed with wind-power tower number and production serial number. We guarantee traceability of all products.

1. According to “Marking Notice”, mark on the chamfer top and write “marking record notebook” and “production procedure  card”.

2. Mark method and content

Eg: specification M42, GRADE 8.8:

Finished products should stock or place according to the wind turbine number. 

Semi-finished products should stock or place according to semi-finished marks.

disordered and mixing place are not allowed.

Marking is the 10th step to produce high strength wind turbine, wind tower foundation system anchor bolt, hold down bolts.
